SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping rates will be determined during your checkout. Depending on the types of items you purchase, the order processing time will vary. Note that orders are shipped and delivered only on business days. Delivery estimates do not include weekends. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items until the item is restocked. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Commitment

At The Praying Athlete, we strive to create apparel that inspires you to pray, play, and perform with purpose. Every item is designed and printed with care so that you can wear your faith proudly. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right — in the same spirit of integrity we aim to live by.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Tags and packaging should remain intact.

  • Custom or limited-edition pieces may be marked Final Sale and are not returnable unless defective.

 

If you received a misprinted or damaged item, please email us. We’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@theprayingathlete.com with your order number and a short note describing the issue.

  2. We’ll respond with simple instructions and, if needed, a prepaid shipping label.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

 

Refunds & Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original form of payment or as store credit, whichever you prefer. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive your return.

 

Final Sale Items

Some collections — including limited releases, custom prints, or discounted items — are Final Sale. We appreciate your understanding and support as these are produced in small, purpose-driven batches.

APO / FPO / DPO Orders

Due to military and diplomatic mail routing limitations, we’re unable to process physical returns or exchanges from APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us atinfo@theprayingathlete.com — we’ll make it right through a replacement or store credit. We are grateful for thoseserving and representing our nation around the world.
